Definitions:

i. The phrase "ShopTurbo", the words "Site", "Sites", "website", "websites", "us" and "we", as used in these Terms & Conditions (hereafter known as "Terms"), refers to the business known as ShopTurbo.

ii. The terms "you" and "yours", as used in these Terms, pertains to any person that uses www.shopturbo.com: A) to find and/or gather information; B) to price compare; C) to purchase products or services; D) to use the information contained upon these Sites to further their knowledge; and/or E) for any other purpose not mentioned above, with the exception of any rules as outlined in section IV. This includes any person that cancels any shopping cart or invoice.


License to Use the Sites:

1. ShopTurbo grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Sites and Content for your personal or commercial purposes. ShopTurbo retains all rights and interest in the Sites, including the Content, logos and opinions.

2. You may not use any portion of the Sites if such use would violate any local, state, federal or country laws.

3. You may not use the Sites to obtain information of which you know will be used for illegal purposes.

4. You may not use the Sites to obtain email addresses or links to other sites for the express purpose of using those email addresses or sites for SPAM or other marketing purposes.

5. You may not use any Content on the Sites to train or inform someone if you know or feel that they may use it for illegal purposes.

6. You may access our Sites and print or copy Content for PERSONAL USE ONLY, with the exception of Content that is owned by another entity.

7. Any Content that is printed, transferred or otherwise copied from our Sites for commercial purposes will be in violation of this Limited License and these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, using the content for reference, commercial websites and/or commercial gain.

8. ShopTurbo does not provide Internet access. You are responsible for providing Internet access to our Sites. We are not responsible for ISP outages, poor connections, Site server outages or other problems you may encounter accessing our Sites.

9. Any violators of this Limited License and/or these Terms will be prosecuted.

ShopTurbo is committed to protecting your online privacy while providing you with the most useful and enjoyable Web experience possible. We collect certain types of information about visitors to our website, and here is an explanation about the types of information we gather and what we do with it.

ShopTurbo collects identifying information from users: personal data (such as names and e-mail addresses); and aggregated data (such as information about traffic patterns on our websites, for example how many users visit our websites on a daily basis).

ShopTurbo does not use cookies at the present time; however, ShopTurbo may use cookies in the future without notice. You may occasionally get cookies from our advertisers. ShopTurbo does not control these cookies, and these cookies are not subject to our cookies policy. The use of advertising cookies sent by third-party servers is standard in the Internet industry.


Use of e-mail forwarding tools:

If you send an e-mail via our Web site using the services called "E-mail page to friend", we do not use the e-mail address for any purpose other than to send your e-mail. We do not rent or sell these e-mail addresses. We generally discard the e-mail addresses some time after they have been used to send your e-mail. You do not have permission to use these e-mail services to send spam.
